I love using this both at home and when I'm out! I feel more secure drinking from a straw because of my hand tremor, and the straw itself is also easy to remove for cleaning. The lock function is awesome too, so I don't have to worry about leaks or spills!

Zebra Mildliners

I have these in a bunch of colours. The colours are all really pretty and much easier on the eyes than traditional neon highlighters, and the thinner side is also great for clour-coding my symptom tracker bullet journal.

Knitting

I spent most of the month in hospital and knitting was a great way to avoid boredom. I'm almost finished my first pair of socks and I love the feeling of creating something! C:
